We provide premium automotive and structural glass repair and enhancement services, as well as retail products including protective coatings, and other automotive related accessories. All services comply with AS/NZS 2366, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online or via phone.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, technician availability, or safety concerns.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in AUD and include GST unless specified.
Payment is required at the time of service or checkout unless further agreed to with Hyperglass Management.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and secure online payment systems.

4. Product Warranty & Returns

Most products carry a 12-month limited warranty against defects.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

5. Liability

HyperGlass Innovations is not responsible for:

Damage caused by improper use or external events.
Pre-existing conditions in glass that limit repair outcomes. We aim for the highest standards of safety, clarity, and finish in all services provided.
